The SMART Cabling System is installed exclusivley by selected Certified Cabling Installers. To be certified by RIT, installers must meet rigorous screening and testing requirements, participate in a training seminar, and receive extensive on-the-job training. Certification must be renewed every two years, following a refresher course.

All SMART Cabling System installations are fully documented and registered with RiT. The registration forms are completed and signed by a Certified Cabling Installer and approved by RiT. RiT issues a Regsitered Installation Certififcate and a registration number to the end-user. With all relevant information at hand, RiT can provide maximum support of the installation fro complete customer satisfaction.
RiT's SMART Cabling Systems, when installed by RiT's Certified Cabling Installers and registered with RIT, are guaranteed for Category 5E / Class D or Category 6 / Class E performance for a period of 20 years. Defective products are repaired or replaced free of charge. And, that includes labour costs too.
